To give students in introductory lesson in mindfullness just right before the exam week took off to destress a bit with all the studying coming up.

Description

“When the sh** hits the fan, you need to be able to get up and dust yourself off” says Kathryn Burgess, a mindfulness practitioner and project manager. Her own experiences with stress drove her to discover mindfulness and the power of meditation.

Students deal with a lot of stress and anxiety in normal conditions but today it's even worse with the covid-19 pandemic. It can be tough, so ESN Delft is collaborating with Kathryn to offer you with 8 weekly sessions of mindfulness to help you rediscover your inner calm.
