The Mental Well-being Sessions aim to provide a safe, supportive space where young people in Aarhus can openly share their experiences, emotions, and challenges related to life transitions, mental health, and personal growth. Led by trained facilitators, the sessions encourage open discussions on key themes, such as moving to a new city, friendships, and exam stress, helping participants navigate these changes in a healthy and constructive way.
We are excited to announce a new initiative focused on mental well-being
Lead by two trained facilitators we will hold sessions, where you can share your experiences, emotions and thoughts in a safe space, together with other young people
We will work with different themes each session

About the facilitators:
About Duy:
I am Duy. I am a second-year student of Gestalt psychotherapy. Originally I am from Vietnam, but I have lived in Aarhus for 20 years. Currently, I am working as a scrum master, while working on my degree.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my friends, reading manga, playing board games and badminton.
I am looking forward to engaging in conversations with you about mental well-being.
About Gintare:
I am Gintare. Iโm a psychotherapist and coach based in Aarhus, currently in my 3rd year of studies at the Gestalt Institute Scandinavia. I have a background in coaching and psychotherapy and have worked extensively with people navigating stress, anxiety, and major life transitions.
Having lived in six different countries, I bring a broad, multicultural perspective to my work. Iโm especially passionate about working with young people, helping them explore their emotions, build resilience, and find clarity in times of uncertainty. My approach is supportive and engaging, creating a space where students can feel heard, explore their thoughts and emotions, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. I believe in the power of curiosity, openness, and real connection.
In my free time, I love traveling, snowboarding, and kitesurfingโbasically anything that keeps me active and exploring new places. Iโm also into fashion, psychology books, and enjoying good coffee with good company.
