The goal is getting to know more about mental health and the importante of the motivation in a volunteering experience.
Description
Volunteers of ESN en UV, during its Local Platform, had a workshop about mental health with Raquel Estupiñán, from Cruz Roja Juventud. We wanted to underline he importance of the motivation, that we recently lost due the Covid sitution.
Our Education Officer with the team of Health & Well-Being, organized this workshop, and it was very interesting because Raquel explained to us the importance of the mental health, especially in this situation.
