Goal of the Activity
To equip international and local students with techniques that can help with dealing with a lot of stress and pressure caused by piling up school work and exams.
Description
Join us for a supportive and practical workshop about handling exam stress. We will talk about why stress happens during exams, how it affects your body and mind, and – most importantly – what you can do to manage it. You will learn simple tools and techniques to feel calmer, more focused, and more in control during the exam period. Everyone is welcome – whether you're feeling overwhelmed or just want some helpful tips.
