Raise awareness about mental health
Description
We from ESN believe that mental health is just as important as our physical health. Especially students tend to struggle with exhaustion, lack of motivation and often feel lonely and isolated these days.
Join us in this workshop (Thursday 06.05.2021, 7pm) in which we offer you tips on how to deal with these feelings. Of course you are very welcome to share your own ideas and experiences as well!
