Goal of the Activity
We believe that mental health is often overlooked when creating health & well-being events. We wanted to show that a healthy body is not the only important element in our lives, and that a healthy attitude and a calm mind often turns out to be much more valuable.
Description
The event was designed to help those leaving and those currently on exchange in Poland with this important step in their lives in terms of mental health. To cope with stress especially during the pandemic and to show practical techniques to help with any mental difficulties lurking during the exchange.
