The aim of this activity was to provide general information about ESN Kadir Has to individuals interested in becoming new members, thereby fostering a mindset aligned with the values of ESN. Another objective was to refresh the knowledge of those aspiring to join the board in future terms and offer them guidance. Ultimately, these goals converge into one overarching purpose: ensuring the continuity of our network.
The Member Recruitment Process is a three-day in-person training program organized each semester for local and international students at our university who wish to become new members of ESN Kadir Has. This training, lasting approximately 1.5 hours per session, is designed to introduce participants to ESN International, ESN Kadir Has, and ESN Turkey. During the sessions, we explain the structures, operations, and principles of ESN while aiming to instill the ESN mindset in attendees.
Moreover, this training serves as a foundation for the future development of members who aspire to take roles on the local board of ESN Kadir Has. It is an essential step in preparing students for active involvement and leadership within the ESN community.
