Goal of the Activity
We want to show our Erasmus Students the Memorial of the KZ Mauthausen.
Description
This trip will take you to one of the most tragic parts of Austrian history: Mauthausen used to be a concentration camp during the Nazi regime between 1938 and 1945. The Mauthausen Memorial is a one-of-a-kind museum - visiting it will be a challenging and humbling experience, but it is worth it, as it provides you with a new perspective on the Austrian history.
In our trip, we will leave Vienna with our chartered bus on Sunday morning and arrive in Mauthausen around noon for a professionally guided tour of the memorial site. After visiting the site, we will arrive back to vienna.
