ESN will organize a Thai Massage Workshop that introduces students to basic techniques for relaxation and tension release in a mindful and supportive setting. The event will encourage participants to slow down, reconnect with their bodies and practice self-care while fostering a sense of calm and community. Success will be reflected in participants reporting that they felt relaxed, supported and positively connected to others in feedback collected shortly after the workshop.
