Goal of the Activity
The goal was to introduce international students to traditional slavic holiday - Maslenitsa - and teach them how to make pancakes - traditional food of this holiday.
Description
Maslenitsa is a Slavic folk holiday with pagan roots that is celebrated from 11th to 17th of March this year. It is connected with seeing winter off but, more importantly for us, with cooking blini (or crepes)🥞 and burning a huge scarecrow!
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
