The goal of the Activity was to show the Erasmus a destination near Parma usually underrated. Mantova and Sabbioneta, which together are considere UNESCO heritage. What we wanted to do is revaluate Sabbioneta, a small historical town of 500 habitants that during Reinassence was one of the richest and most important cities. Furthermore we wanted to show the beauties of Mantova, mainly with the visit to Palazzo Te.
We left Parma at 9:00 and arrived to Sabbioneta at 10:50.
At 11:00 started our guided tour held by professionals, it lasted 3 hours and with them we visited all the main buildings of the town inside and outside.
At 13:00 we left Sabbioneta and arrived in Mantova at 13:30.
We had free time until 16:00 when we visited all together the Palazzo Te.
We left for Parma at 19:00
