Goal of the Activity
The main goal of this activity was to show to our erasmus students one of the most important aspect of our culture: the culinary one. We chose to teach them how to make the most iconic dish of our culinary tradition: pizza. In this way we thought them that culture means not only architecture and art, but also tradition. It was the occasion for us to introduce them to the local community and meet the citizens of Trento.
Description
We met the erasmus students in the late afternoon. Then we started to make the pizzas with the help of the pizza maker. In the end we ate the pizzas together.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
