The LokalBond Experience aimed to provide exchange students with a hands-on introduction to traditional Turkish cooking. As part of the LokalBond Experience, organized during Welcome Month, participants stepped into a welcoming home kitchen to cook a traditional Turkish meal with a local mom. Throughout the session, the host shared cooking tips, cultural insights, and personal stories, making the experience both educational and heartwarming. The activity concluded with a shared meal, where everyone came together to enjoy the delicious homemade dishes and celebrate the joy of Turkish hospitality.
