The goal of the local school was to train both new volunteers and staff members regarding the principles and the activities of the association
Once we met all together, everyone played Human Bingo to know each other hobbies and passions. In the first part, the trainer from ESN Italia gave us general information about what ESN is and its rules, then some staff members talked about the main principles of ESN and the tasks and roles of each board memebers. Another part of the meeting was dedicated to different games to simulate the creation of an event, both to let understand how ESN works and to let each person knows better. In the end, lthe trainer gave us general information about ESN Italia and ESN International, to make us more aware about the mechanisms of the Network
