The goal was to teach volunteers of our section a variety of soft-skills to improve self-development, useful also for the professional world. It was an opportunity to show our volunteers what they can learn in their ESN experience.
In this activity we had a variety of presentations and workshops, offered by older esn members of our section. In the different editions we alternated insights on the roles of board members and board supporters with skills you can learn during your experience with ESN. We gave our volunteers the opportunity to present and hold a workshop about their skills to the section, improving so the capabilities of everyone.
The platform we used was zoom and topics included: Photoshop basics, Adobe Premiere crash course, Time Management and workflow, Programming, Public speaking, Problem Solving.
