The main goal of the Activity is to spend a weekend all together attending presentations and workshops about ESN and our local section, to raise awarness and exchange knowledge expecially among the newbies.
A weekend of october out of the city in which board members, guarantors, associates and newbies live in the same house. During the weekend there are both formal and informal activities such as workshops and presentations, free time and night activities. It is a perfect moment to meet the last arrived and enhance the relationships to better start the year. The newbies really learn what ESN is and how our Section works, while the associates have the opportunity to focus on more advanced themes and grow as Esners. All the speakers are people from the Section, this year we made an exception inviting two national board members: the National Representative and the Vice President of ESN Italy.
