Goal of the Activity
As an educational and career opportunity for the volunteers we encouraged participation of our members to visit and be a part of local board training and broaden their knowledge and experience.
The goal of this event is to help current and future Board members develop new leadership and teamwork skills. It’s also a great occasion to strengthen cooperation with other sections and gain valuable insights about ESN and our partners, such as DZS and IRO.
Description
Volunteers gathered in BRNO for workshops and networking. They attended useful workshops as part of the official program, and had chance to be a part of social programs as well.
