Our purpose is to show the youth of Chernivtsi that their voice matters, that they have the power to promote the values of inclusion, freedom and democracy; and that, as a result, the actions that they take can have local and global impact.
The first day of the assembly is a unique opportunity for young people from Chernivtsi and other cities to share their experiences, develop their soft skills and become aware of what challenges stand on the way of social inclusion in their local communities. This day is dedicated to the topics which unite the local culture of Chernivtsi, global trends and new opportunities for personal development. The participants will also be able to find like-minded people, get a wave of inspiration and find out more about the new projects.
The second day of the assembly focuses on the importance of intercultural dialogue and on the place of Ukraine in global discourse. The participation is an opportunity to find out more about effective human capital management and the art of diplomacy and communication.
