Our goal was to provide a covid-19-friendly alternative to a typical "Welcome Party". For that we thought a lot about it, and decided that a general hang out in a park would be ideal as it is in an outdoor environment, so we are able to welcome more students, and to celebrate the nice weather of those weeks.
