Learning different languages while tackling some of the stereotypes about other cultures
Join us in exploring a variety of languages! Together, we will cover both the basics of a given language, as well as its more 'interesting' aspects – tongue twisters, idioms, and even some swear words! We will include the three major language subgroups in Europe – Slavic, Germanic and Romance. And if you think European languages are 'too basic' for you - no worries, we're offering Chinese too! You will have the opportunity to participate in 7 different language workshops - French, Italian, Russian, Swedish, Dutch, Chinese and Croatian. Don't be shy, join us in finding different ways of impressing and tricking your friends and loved ones using the new language skills you'll acquire during this event. P.S. No previous knowledge is needed, you just need to be willing to learn!
