Goal of the Activity
The aim was to show the traditional krampus parade on December 5th in Tarvisio
Description
Tarvisio is a mountain town, every year you can assist at the traditional krampus parade. Krampus are scary creatures, they go wiyh saint Nicholas. The saint gives sweets to good children.
We arrived at 5:00 pm. The parade started at 5:30 pm. In the main square there was an exhibition with a lot of krampus and Saint Nicholas.
At 8:00 pm we moved to a little village called Rutte Piccolo. There, we participated in the traditional torchlight procession from the wood.
There was a very suggestive atmosphere.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
