Goal of the Activity
The main goal of our workshop is to remind our volunteers, local students, international students how important it is to take care of both their mental and physical health, especially in these tough times for the whole world. We want to show them that we can stay close to them even online.
Description
The workshop will take place on Zoom, with the support of Centre for International Relations Alba Iulia. Our workshop will be led by a special guest, Ioana Dimbean, an yoga instructor. The workshop will consist of theoretical aspects and practical aspects as well. There we will discuss subjects as the 4 ways of yoga, branches of yoga, what is this practice and what is not. Every 15 minutes, there will be a practical exercise.
