Karate and Self-defense Class

Who’s up for a new challenge?
I hereby announce and invite you to a Karate Self-defense class. You'll learn some karate moves and how to defense yourself, using some interesting techniques. We won’t get into fights all session long, we’ll also play some sporty games.
Make sure you’re there for a nice little workout and to learn some cool fighting moves from our Traditional Shotokan black belt volunteer!
