The main aim of the activity it was, not only the show of the typical and traditional food of the different countries and cultures as it is already a common activity of our Network, but to go beyond that. Indeed we wanted to give the participant who prepared the dish, the opportunity to show their hospitality, typical of their country, volunteers included!
When it comes to food and moments of conviviality, we at ESN ASSI PARMA are always at the forefront: the itinerant dinner is coming!
The dinner consists of 3 courses: a starter, a main course and a dessert.
We splitted into groups (in which there will be both ESNers and Erasmus) consisting of 3 couples each, and each couple hosted the rest of the group at home and cook a course to eat together.
At the end of each course they moved to the next couple's house to continue the dinner.
It was the perfect opportunity to show off theculinary skills and spend a pleasant evening in the company of good food and many friends.
