Events like this bring Erasmus and International students together, giving them a chance to meet up with their friends, make new ones, try new activities, learn, and relax. Our goal is to organize events with a wide variety of topics, including cultural, social, sports, or parties. These are the perfect times for cultural exchange and networking, and in the process they strengthen the multicultural community at the University of Pécs. Moreover, these social gatherings give chance to unforgettable moments that the students will bring with them whenever they go home from their studies.
The event will start at 20:00. All the ESN Volunteers and the students who will present and serve the food have to arrive at 19:00 and have to arrange everything before the event starts. We will start to prepare for the presentation ( testing laptop,projector and microphones , arranging chairs ) and ready the food and drink in each plate & cup to be served. Through the presentation , We should make sure the audiences pay attention to the presenters and cooperate with them like in quizzes,games or dance performance. The food will be served after presentation and shared with each other to be able to have a traditional food taste to everyone . After the event, we have to collect all the trash in the trash bags and keep the venue clean.
