Goal of the Activity
The goal of this activity was to encourage International Students to partake in a culinary diversity experience.
Description
International students and ESN Modena volunteers brought home-cooked national meals, and blankets to a park. Equipped with compostable plates and cutlery, everyone started to share their food while explaining what the dishes are and how they were prepared. All participants tried to distinguish the similarities and the differences between the dishes. Thanks to the good weather the event lasted the whole afternoon with dancing and sunbathing.
