Social integration and bridging the gap between local and international friends.
Our friend program is a great way to get to know new cultures and people, practice new languages, form everlasting friendships and participate in events.
We do our best to match the friends and international students on the basis of language, hobbies and other interests!
Description
The idea of the program is to introduce Finland, Lapland, and Finnish culture to international students. In doing so, the local friends also have the chance to learn about the home country of the student and about their language and culture. The Finnish friends and the students will be matched according to their language skills, interests, hobbies, etc.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
