Goal of the Activity
Provide an opportunity for international and local students in Utrecht to meet online, learn about the cuisine of four different cultures and spark intercultural dialogue between them.
Description
Participants received a package with four small dishes from different cuisines. During the online event, participants were split into small groups. Together with their group, they watched a video recorded by a professional chef explaining the background of each dish and how to finish its preparation at home. Subsequently, they enjoyed their dinner together with their small group.
