Goal of the Activity
The goal of the activity was to boost self-confidence of the participants.
Description
A lot of women struggle with insecurities about their bodies. They often want to express them self but they lack confidence to do it. We wanted to create a space where women from our city will have an opportunity to learn how to listen their bodies and move like nobody's watching. The event was free and was a part of the project "Women=power".
