The aim of SAMISI project is to strengthen social inclusion and raise awareness of political migration among university students, as well as to work for the improvement of the lives of political migrants especially in the university environment. With this event we wanted to raise awareness on the Arab Culture through the story and the experience of one of our International Students and through the Arabic Language.
The event was held in the ESN office and was designed for both Italian and International students of our University. Osama, one of our International Students told us about the culture, traditions and history of his homeland, Libia. Then we learned some basics and curiosity about the Arabic Language such us writing our own name. The event ended with a small buffet.
