"We believe that everyone deserves a fair rent and a fine living space. The Huurteam (literally translated in; Team for rent) Utrecht - part of the company Steenvlinder - works to tackle issues on the rental market. Whether it comes to illegal rental, poorly maintained housing, too high rents, or landlords who threaten to evict tenants when they rightly indicate this. With the ‘Huurteam’ we tackle these problems.
We also see many issues in renting to international students. In the seminar "Don't be fooled by your landlord." we will discuss in an interactive way the issues in the rental market of Utrecht."
