Our goal was to give the International students an opportunity to work-out and exercise from their own house, ‹with little equipment and space required.
Since the government took measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus disease, ESN ULB Brussels has come up with a workout event for you from the safety of your house!
Do you like to exercise and usually hit the gym? Are you looking for a little motivation to move your body during this lockdown period?
Every Wednesday and Sunday, our volunteer Marie will take over our Instagram account and host a live work-out session for everyone to follow. Prepare your sports clothes, lots of water and get ready to sweat: it's going to get real hot in there!
