The aim of the event was to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for both international and local students during the holiday season, creating a space for exchanging holiday traditions and customs.
The main objectives were:
-to explore and showcase the diverse ways in which Christmas is celebrated around the world, going beyond religious aspects to highlight cultural traditions and practices.
-to provide a platform for students to form new friendships and connections, particularly for those spending Christmas away from their home countries.
-to ensure that the event is a positive and enjoyable experience, filled with laughter, joy, and the warmth of shared festivities.
-to promote understanding and appreciation of cultural diversity, encouraging participants to learn from one another and broaden their perspectives.
Christmas time can be a beautiful time, but spending it in a foreign country for the first time can get quite challenging.
Come and join us for a Christmas-ish meeting and let’s discover how Christmas time is celebrated around the world! It is not only about religious celebrations!
This meeting aims to bring both international and local students so we can learn about this holiday season from various perspectives and just have fun at the same time!
Bring your friends and spend this evening with us!
