The activity aimed at proposing to international students a wonderful day at the fresh air in the mountain, surrounded by nature, along a well-known path in the mountains around Milan (around one hour away)
The daily trip started from a Milan station, where a train was taken to reach the mountain town near the beginning of the path. Once started, the path is quite simple to follow. The difficulty is simple-medium (10-15 km, 900m of altitude difference), allowing also the less expert hikers to enjoy the walk. The top of one mountain, Cima Cornizzolo, was the destination of the path, where the group had lunch and a bit of the rest, as well as a great photo-shooting time. After having appreciating the view from the top, the group returned, through a parallel path, to the starting point.
