Goal of the Activity
To give insight about the life of someone who is deaf and how to communicate through the use of hands.
Description
Our members received a workshop about handsigning.
Learning the basics, like spelling your name, counting and more important words.
Also they met someone who was deaf from when she was two and how it impacts her life.
The teachers (one deaf and the other not) provided a balanced workshop of theory and practice.
