The main goal of this TeamBuilding, as our recruitment season wrapped up, was to create an enjoyable and festive occasion for all participants to celebrate Halloween while trying to help all the members, especially the Rookies, feel more connected and welcome in our section.
This TeamBuilding in particular was designed to emphasize intra-department bonding, ensuring that within each department, we cultivate a strong team capable of effective collaboration.
This TeamBuilding initiative revolved around a Halloween-themed experience, combining pumpkin painting and a murder mystery dynamic to foster collaboration and creativity among our team members. In the initial phase, departments were assigned pumpkins as their canvases. In a 45-minute timeframe, teams expressed their creativity by painting pumpkins and making up characters and compelling storylines for them. This phase culminated in each department presenting their uniquely painted pumpkins and their made-up story, highlighting collective creative capabilities and teamwork.
The next phase immersed participants in a captivating murder mystery dynamic, centered on the mysterious disappearance of our mascot, Cabra Aurora. Teams undertook the challenge of unraveling this enigma, showcasing not only their creative problem-solving skills but also their ability to work cohesively towards a common goal.
