Students learn to paint graffiti in a legal place, apply their creativity, relax while doing an artistic activity and have fun together.
The weather is good and the graffiti workshop is back! Come try spraypainting while you're in a city with municipally-designated free-access legal graffiti walls and a student organization that will hold your hand while you paint.
There is no participation fee, instead we ask that everyone bring one spray can (or marker, or any other useful graffiti-related tool). All will be pooled, so that everyone has access to many colors.
Spekter (https://maps.app.goo.gl/9Z9wajFNFXgWysd2A?g_st=com.google.maps.preview…) , a graffiti shop 700 meters away from the wall ( https://maps.app.goo.gl/GjrxUdHmXGYNk1GU8?g_st=com.google.maps.preview…), has given us a 5% discount for showing the ESNcard, valid right now, up until the event is over. Without that, the cheapest can is normally 4.5€.
If you absolutely can't, it happens - we'll bring spares to make sure there's enough of everything important.
There will be a very short demonstration of key concepts in the beginning, the rest of the "workshop" is creative mode. We will be there to coach you if you have questions or if your technique needs help (if you're new, it will).
Before the event, try to sketch (on paper or in your head) some ideas that you want to paint, otherwise you'll start by staring at the wall for several minutes :D
