To have a nice time with the international students and to promote that they go to the Dr. Jekyll, one of our partners. Besides, the party was planned to say goodbye to summer in the best way possible, with a fresh and different dynamic to start autumn with good vibes.
The volunteers went to the bar at 22h30 to start decorating the place. There was a bunch of volunteers, so it didn’t take us long to hang all the decorations, inflate the balloons and prepare everything.
Besides, we prepared a photocall in the bar entry with moustaches and other decorations to have a place to take photos.
Afterwards, the international students were told to come at 23h00. They didn’t arrive on time, and most of them started to come at 00h30. However the ones that came early had a nice and calm space to dance, take photos and get to know each other. Besides, we had a tinto de verano offer, it costed 2,5€ until 00h30 so not all the students could enjoy it.
