The main objective of the school was to educate newbies on ESN and the various procedures, and to present the various potentials of ESN both nationaly and internationally to active members. Another important objective that has been taken into consideration is the recognition of ESN as a voluntary activity that can be spent in the world of work, how to recognize the soft skills developed through ESN and how to include them in the curriculum vitae. Finally, thanks to quizzes, workshops and group work, an attempt was made to strengthen the bond between the members of the association and develop their teamwork skills.
