Promote exchange with new cultures and languages and providing chances to improve language skills - both for exchange students and for the locals.
Learning a new language, or improving a language that is not your mother language, can always be a bit complicated (or even frustrating at times).
But what if you could find a native to practice with? Maybe even better, a native that is also learning your mother language? Then you can just help each other!
Each semester Foyer International organises a Tandem Abend where you can find exactly what we just described: a native the language you are learning, who’s also learning your language :D
You then just need to exchange contact and you can meet during the semester to help each other practicing and correcting each other without worries or being judged.
All you need to do is joining the event and you will be giving stickers to write which language you speak/master, and which language are you looking for someone to practice with. Then you just have to look around. Easy!
