Goal of the Activity
To foster a strong connection between mentors and mentees, encourage open communication, and create a comfortable environment through engaging integration games and interactive discussions.
Description
The event was organised for mentors and mentees to interact in a relaxed and fun setting. Through a series of icebreakers and team-building activities, participants got to know each other better, built trust, and established a foundation for a supportive mentoring relationship. The session included structured conversations, collaborative challenges, and lighthearted games to promote engagement and teamwork.
