The aim of the activity was to foster Gender equality and talk of the importance of women for the development and growing of the mobility programmes
In the occasion of the International Women's Day, we have organized a cycle of meetings with different woman that have been important for our association and for the development of mobility programmes. The first meeting was done online by google meet, and involved woman that have been fundamental for the institution of ESN Siena GES organization. We talk with them of how the association was born and how important was their work for the development of the Mobility programme. The meeting was an important occasion to demonstrate the importance of gender equality and the power of women to build our world. During the meeting, we invited other ESN sections, such as ESN Modena and ESN Florentia, to participiate and give their own contribution. This first encounter will be followed by other meeting with other important women personalities.
