Goal of the Activity

The Goal of the activity was improve the cooking skills and promote the Italian culture while socializing.

Description

A culinary workshop where  students learned the art of making fresh pasta from scratch, uncovering the secrets behind crafting the perfect pasta dough and creating a delicious dish. During the session, participants had the opportunity to learn the recipe of fresh pasta and with the guidance of an expert they learned how to roll out the dough and cut it into various pasta shapes, creating true culinary masterpieces.

After the workshop, we gathered together to enjoy the fruits of our labor during a delicious lunch. It was not only an opportunity to learn a new culinary skill but also to bond and promote socialization.
