The social campaign was created for November 25th, the day against violence against women.
The aim of the activity was therefore to raise awareness of violence against women.
We decided to do it, rather than with the usual stories that see women as victims, by sharing stories of women who have fought and still fight against oppression. We wanted to give hope and to show the stories of those who resist.
We created one post and a series of stories on Instagram.
In the post, which contains 9 slides, we shared info about how the day was decided and then we dedicated each slide to a woman: Mirabal "las mariposas" sisters, Jîna Mahsa Amini, Franca viola, Nice Nailantei Leng'ete, Nettie Stevens and the Matilda effect in the world of science, Malala Yousafzai.
Finally, we dedicated a thought to Giulia Cecchetin, another victim of feminicide, who particularly touched us.
In the stories, we reported data and carried out surveys.
