Goal of the Activity
The goal of the activity was to make the Erasmus and international students (and of course our ESN volunteers) get in contact with realities different from their own - in this case, we collaborated with an association of people with Down syndrome - to embrace the differences between people and build together a welcoming environment through sport.
Description
The activity consisted of a football afternoon with AIPD - Italian Association of People with Down Syndrome.
The first part of the activity consisted of two matches of 15 minutes, Erasmus against AIPD. Then, we played another match with mixed teams, to increase the impact on the participants.
