Goal of the Activity
To teach and showcase folk dances from different country and enjoy an evening together by learning and dancing.
Description
We organized a cheerful evening of folk dances from the World dedicated to international students, in collaboration with the Venezia Folk youth course.
During the first part of the evening Venezia Folk volunteers explained two Israeli dances, Tzadik Katamar and Ma Navou, and a French dance, An Dro. These are three simple but peculiar group dances, two in a circle and one in a merry snake.
The second part of the evening was dedicated to having fun dancing many other simple folk dances from all over the world.
