The goal of the initiative is to bring about a review of our behaviors and thoughts in order to include different members of our society on an equal basis.
The conference aims to give a voice to young boys who, due to the color of their skin and their descendants, are subjected every day to verbal aggression and insults, to the point of being victims of a system that does not recognize them as citizens and that discriminates against them. in different aspects of daily life. The dynamics of discrimination will be discussed and stereotypes that are part of everyday life will be deconstructed through the speakers - public dialogue. The ability to question oneself will be the key element of the experience.
A greater level of attention combined with the comparison that arises between elements with different backgrounds are just some of the advantages that inclusive exposure in English will bring to the business.
