The goal of this activity was to visit the Saint-Aubin market, and increase awareness of responsible production and consumption.
This year, ESN Toulouse is participating in the European week for waste reduction with its Gastronomix project. In this context, ESNers invited International Students to visit the Saint-Aubin market, increase their awareness of responsible production and consumption, and purchase the products necessary for the rest of the program!
After the visit to the market, IS and volunteers cooked together a recipe written by a volunteer chef, who explained the keys to an anti-waste way to cook.
At the end of the activity, they distributed the prepared dishes to people in need, thanks to an association specialized in marauding.
This event was organized by ESN Toulouse to help international students get the most out of their Erasmus life.
All ESN events are non-profit and are organized by students for students on a voluntary basis.
