The main goal of this event was to provide Erasmus students with an opportunity to explore and immerse themselves in the rich culture of Perugia, while experiencing the unique atmosphere of the Eurochocolate Festival. By participating in this activity, students were able to discover local traditions, interact with Italian culture, and share the excitement of one of Italy’s most famous festivals.
On November 24th, we embarked on a memorable day trip to Perugia to experience the famous Eurochocolate Festival. Also some of our volunteers have joined us in the trip, not only those who were organising and we traveled from L'Aquila, then we experienced the mini metro in Perugia and upon our arrival, our Erasmus students were warmly welcomed by the amazing team from ESN Perugia, who had kindly organized a guided city tour for us. The tour allowed everyone to discover the rich history, stunning architecture, and charming streets of this beautiful city.
A special thank you goes to ESN Perugia for their exceptional hospitality and for making the day extra special. The students had an incredible time exploring Perugia, tasting delicious chocolate treats at the festival, and engaging in cultural exchange with each other and the locals. The event was a huge success, and our Erasmus students thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the trip.
