Namaste!
Uni-Life got busy again, the days are shorter and the weather colder. 🌧 So what is better than start the Sunday with a relaxing and refreshing Yoga-Session to calm down and load up your battery? We will do a mix of movements implementing some pilates, stretching and yoga to get out all the stress and the bad energy.🧘🏼♀🧘🏽🙏🏽
WHEN? Sunday 10th at 9.45am
WHERE? Unisportstätten Kiel (Entrance Hall)

Put on comfy clothes, bring your water bottle and a towel and let the session begin! 🕯💫 Remember that you can’t enter the halls with your street shoes ☺ If you need to change your clothes in the gym then a lock would be necessary.
